My definition of metaphysics is the reality of all that I can and Can't see.  So much of what I believe has been molded by the people, society and media around me.  I spend a lot of time trying to discriminate between what has heart, meaning and truth  verses what is just mental projections and maybe just my own wish fulfillment. 
I have come to believe that holistic focus on just body, mind and spirit is not enough.  I need to understand the "world" or some outside  physical  reality  for me to have a good view of why I am alive.
